PepperAnn I came into the thread before I realised you'd tagged me in it! lol. My opinion is that regrettable tattoos aren't so likely to be regrettable in this day and age as long as you don't rush in and get one on your 18th birthday as a last minute decision, in the middle of someones kitchen or in some skank tattoo shop when you're on holiday. Back when I got my first tattoo cheap tribal 'tramp stamps' were all the rage. Yeah... spent my 18th birthday under the needle. Does it look shit? Hell yes. Do I regret it? Hell no. Why? Because it slowed me down and now I have 11 (with 12, 13 and 14 planned this year) that I love. They're not all to everyone's taste. They have absolutely no meaning apart from... 'I wanted them' but they're a part of me and that's all that matters. I say if you like tattoos and like the idea of having one (or 50) GET ONE. Don't let fear stop you from doing something you might even NOT regret. And worst case scenario.... tattoo lasering is well good, innit. You'll be fine. Here's a little selection of some of my complete and incomplete tattoos. The fairie/unicorn one was the start of my now nearly finished sleeve my boyfriend did for me. I love your back tattoo - and I am usually not a fan of color tattoos. But that one is lovely! And the shading on the unicorn sleeve is awesome. Your boyfriend is very talented.

my favorite tattoos. Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust. We just sit down one day at the shop and I said what I wanted and he just threw down with the cursive, we both started laughing cause we did not discuss it, I just sat there and he went to work like a wild man. I got them cause my mom hated tattoos. She always told me to never get any and my response was why not? It all ends up as dirt anyways.

Thank you I'm booked in to start a water colour leg piece in July from an INCREDIBLE artist so I'll make sure to share. And yeah, he's pretty good at his job, doesn't know it though which I find incredibly endearing.

axel knew this would be your thread babe lol. I really love your coloured tats, they look really unique, you hardly ever see stuff like that. The one on your back is my fave, so pretty. I got my first one when I lost 100 pounds (inside wrist) then went hole hog and had the big one done in one 6 hour sitting for my 56th birthday (over right breast then up and over shoulder and down to just above waist in the back). I want another but can't decide what nor where. (Fingers crossed these pics post correctly.) The pink and black combo looks so good, love it!
