I do not trust this group at all. They are obviously only looking out for themselves. Jadis sees this as an opportunity to get guns. Once she has those guns will her loyalty still lie with Rick?
Personally I think her loyalties lie with whoever is the next best resource to getting her group "stuff and thangs" that they themselves do not have to work for. Which ever group is the highest bidder at the moment wins their "temporary" support. If the saviors catch wind of this group they are in a better position to offer not only a great deal of guns but also food and medicine. Jadis will dump Rick and Co. in a heartbeat and might even go so far as to betray Rick and Co.
Thoughts? To trust or not to trust?

I agree with this. When I first saw the promo I just knew they were villains and I got very worried about the group. As the episode aired, I had a feeling they were in deep trouble by stumbling upon the group like that. I believe they are out for themselves and I'm afraid Jadis will drop the deal with Rick.

This whole shit is getting ridiculous now.
They have to find stuff for the Saviors and the Lord of the Flies.
I hope Tara doesn't reveal Oceanside's weapons cache.

Towards the ending when Rick and Jadis were discussing the stuff they're gonna share, I was thinking.... What's to stop the garbage peeps from suddenly turning and killing Rick's group after the saviours are dead? They obviously care more about stuff than people and they look crazy af.

I am really not liking this weird random storyline. It's shaky and not believable at all to me.

Well they're shit out of luck if they think the saviors are going to get them stuff without them having to work for it. Negan doesn't allow that shit with anyone, not even his own people so I have a feeling the saviors would agree not to kill them in exchange for fighting Rick's group.

@ladygrimes the below post was meant as a quote to your above post. Have no clue what the hell I did, but not doubt I did it wrong
Offer of guns, food and meds versus get them stuff are quite different. I can see the likes of Simon dangling a carrot in front of them. Making promises of what "riches" might await them if they align themselves with the Saviors in the fight. Of course it all being a ruse. Group developed specifically for television lends itself to numerous directions the story line could go, a deviation from the comic

Seems like they're not that far away.

"We own your lives now. Wanna buy them back?" That tells you they are only about taking things from others. If they have been together like that since the start of the ZA, I don't imagine it's an open membership. Jadus was adamant about getting half of everything until Rick pushed back a bit. They will double cross the group if they get what they want.

LMAO @ Lord of the Flies I really felt like I had somehow sat on my remote and changed the channel to some weird scifi show. That's the vibe I get from the group. They're the aged kids from Lord of the Flies.
Rapscalllion had a theory that this group could possible become the Whisperers in the long run. She's onto something there. Just the way they speak makes the theory a possibility.

I was beginning to wonder if they were going to be a variation OF the whisperers so I can understand his line of thought. Might be interesting to see where this goes. Might not. LOL

LOL If they are them it'll be interesting to see just a little bit of their transition. But, I'd prefer they leave the area and come back into the mix in 9B
