Ehh, it wasn't the best color choice for me, but thanks for the compliment. I'm going to import that Lizzie avatar right now. I just chose the converse one that evening because it was the easiest thing to find. Back to doom and zombies! Yayyy! I love that avy. So you color your hair often? I used to....but then it started making it fall out so I stick with what I have now. LOL I color my hair every three months or so. I used the same color for almost ten years, and then it was discontinued. I tried the one pictured in an attempt to find a suitable replacement. The boyfriend loved it, but me not so much. I don't have problems with hair loss from the dye, but in the spring and the fall I use an allergy medication that causes my hair to fall out. I just deal with it. If I didn't use the med, I would be snotting and sneezing on everyone all day long, and that's not an appetizing thing for customers in your restaurant. |

It's really helped stop the hair loss. The brand name I use is called Hair Skin and Nails. But there are other products with biotin in it too. I also use shampoo with biotin. I figure overkill is best.  |

I've used the Hair,Skin,and Nails supplement,and tried a variety of shampoos, including one with argan oil. Nothing really makes a difference for me. It's just the medication and I deal with it. The allergies are severe, but I also went through chemo a lot of years back, and my eyelashes never grew back properly. It is what it is. I'm Ok. I can use products to make my hair bigger if I'm going out, and fake eyelashes if I want a bit of glamour.
