Alright folks, let's here 'em!!
They been building up to quite a finale all season with the whole All Out War conflict, so I'm expecting some sort of body count..especially since it's been so low this season (if you're counting, we have 4 for Alexandria, 2 for Kingdom, and like 8 for the Saviors).
I'm predicting Sasha, Eric (they've been giving him some extra screen time.. is he Olivia 2.0?!), bunch of Scavengers, some Alexandria redshirts (please God, not Bob Miller!), Alvaro, Daniel, maybe Dianne and Jerry, and for the Hilltop, not sure if they're involved... if so, maybe Kal, Freddie and some of the other named redshirts. For the Saviors, I dunno... I think Simon will be fine. I can see Gary, Laura, and Arat's fates up in the air. Lastly, maybe Morgan o.O
What are your predictions?

I think most of us will agree that Sasha will be leaving us....and this saddens me a great deal ASZ - I think it will be a toss up between tobin and francine. I am leaning to francine not making it out alive. I am on the fence about Eric dieing a few other asz red shirts Hilltop - If anyone maybe a red shirt or two. Eduardo and Bertie need to live to fight another day!! Kingdom - Maybe Laura. I will very upset if Jerry goes by the wayside. Saviors - A fair amount of red shirts. I think Simon is safe for the time being. Arat has done her fair share of bullying and killing, might be her time to get acquainted with the wrath of Rick Grimes - I mean she did kill his babysitter  Scavengers - Brion and a bunch of background heepsters |

I hate it but Sasha's own actions have her in the predicament she is in. It looks to be the end for her but the question is on who's terms will her death be. Hopefully hers.
I think Eric and Tobin will die from ASZ. As if Carol and Aaron don't have enough to be pissed off and vengeful about.
From the Saviors, I'd love to see the tall bald guy that beat Aaron with David get his comeuppance. He talked a lot of shit to Rick one day at ASZ.
From the Scavengers, the only name I remember is Tamiell. They have a creepy bald guy too I think could bite the dust.
As far as who I'd like to see die but I know they won't: Gregory and Dwight.

Brion (creepy bald heepster) Dwight? Really? Hmmmm. I am the exact opposite. I hope he does not die. I think they have a great opportunity to take his character in an interesting direction. I have to add that Norman Reedus shared 2 myths and 1 fact about the Season Finale, but did not say which was which. One was that there were balloons and kittens were born and the other that a whole group was wiped out. HMMMM....

I do believe that we will see green balloons - a nice homage of sorts to Glenn A whole group wiped out? Okay, I can see an entire grouping of saviors at one of their outposts gets wiped out perhaps? I think Mr. Reedus is trying to mind fuck us! Naturally our thoughts, when talking about groups, goes to (a) Rick and Alexandria gang (b) Hilltop gang (c) The Kingdom Calvary and (d) The Saviors. But now we also have two other groups: The Scavengers and the Oceanside community. I certainly hope that he is not referring to the Oceanside community getting wiped out (I just do not see that happening). So I think the balloons and group wipe out are the two truths and kittens are the lie. But then I could see them giving us a shot of a momma cat with her kittens at hilltop for that one sweet moment of respite before shit hits the fan LOL  |

Well then!! I was most certainly surprised!! We did not lose that many faces besides tons of Scavenger extras + Farron, and then Roy and at least 2 Saviors (including one recurring Savior, yay continuity!!) I counted two Alexandria deaths (brand new faces, ugh!)
I guess they wanted to keep the finale more focused on Sasha's death and killing off too many other familiar faces may diminish that focus. Plus the ending was on a positive note - not possible if so many of our beloved folks were killed off.
So that better mean Season 8 will be deadlier!

Yeah I think Sasha's sacrifice was meant to be the main event of the finale. I thought at least another minor Alexandrian like Tobin or Eric would go but I'm ok that they didn't. And I have no doubt season 8 will be more deadlier and action packed. The stage is set for the war and we know all of the players now. The alliances, the battles, the betrayals, the deaths. Season 7 set it all up so S8 should be awesome. |
