I have been watching the season 7 marathon.
as of this post carl is "touring" the sanctuary, spencer is being a dick and father gabriel is being an awesome snarky priest.
and I just watched rosita give eugene the argument as to why he needs to make her that damn bullet. it struck me that when she is telling him that he is a coward, that he does not offer anything to the family, that he cries and others protect him....how much of that was he replaying in his head when Negan was offering him an opportunity to be of service, to be important, to feel that he had some sort of control on his life?? Add to that Negan also offered him safety and protection in exchange for Eugene's "skill set".

Those words are about to haunt Negan maybe not to the degree many are hoping for but he is about to find out that rick and company do not stay down for too very long

so I knew that dave was the creepy guy with enid but I did not remember that he was the ass that slapped rick in the face and one of the two who beat up aaron. and let us not forget what he did in the penultimate episode. he deserved so much more than he received.
Now if the other ass who beat up aaron dies a slow painful death I will be happy

missed an 1.5 episode - needed to nap. lack of sleep due to my allergy fiasco finally caught up with me. could not risk being sleepy for tonight's finale.
so I am watching the episode with eugene and dwight. knowing what we know about dwight now (going over to rick's side) I am wondering if in season 8 we will see a dynamic duo of these two emerge from the ashes. I am still not completely convinced that eugene will be able to turn his back on team family. I just know something has to happen that will snap him out of his temporary feeling of safety
