So after Eugene being the coward he is getting up with the speaker and telling Rick and the rest he is Negan, are Rick and them full set against Eugene now? I think so considering they were gonna blow him to bits with the rest of the saviors. And I wonder if Eugene is full on Negan now seeing that his old crew was gonna blow him up?

I wish I knew the answer to this. And while part of the look that Rick had when Eugene made his I am Negan declaration was anger I also believe there was a bit of regret mixed in with it.

full on or not, he'll have to take the consequences of his actions. As Rick and the gang I wouldn't bat an eyelid if he ended up a casualty in the war

Eugene, Eugene, Eugene.
Well, I've read him all wrong. I thought for sure that he'd use his inside scoop to figure out how to help the group defeat the Saviors. Sad to see that wasn't the case.
I should have known though, I guess. Eugene was never one to stand up in the face of adversity, at least not until the end of season 6. After I saw that though I thought maybe he'd gotten more ballsy.
After seeing the look on Rick's face especially, the utter disbelief and well, hurt, I know he is thinking they can never trust Eugene again. As far as the group is concerned, he is a Savior, the fact that they were going to blow everything up even after they saw him standing there solidified that fact.
I hope he's able to redeem himself next season, but, I'm seriously doubting that now. What is interesting is how he had to lie about Sasha, and I'm not convinced at all that Negan believed him. I think he just let it slide based on the fact that Eugene didn't try to betray him in any other way. Eugene is on a bit more shaky ground now, but, from what I can tell he is going to stick with the Saviors.

I don't think Negan believed Eugene about Sasha - I think it was more of a "yeah right, I'm keeping my eye on you, you're dead as soon as I don't need you anymore".
I also think Eugene isn't full on Negan, but trying to appear that way to get Negan's trust, so he can help dismantle the Saviors from within when the time is right. Right now, it's not, there's too many Saviors out and about. Eugene has no choice but to side with the Saviors. He's weak in terms of fighting so he has to use his smarts to stay alive, but I too want to slap him across the face. I think what he did in the finale was to try and prevent any bloodshed, but failed.

As hard as it was to see, I don't really blame Rick and Co for continuing with their plan to blow him up with the Saviors. They had to go for any advantage they could get. Of course the good thing would have been that Sasha was already dead by then. He made his choice loud and clear as far as Rick is concerned. I was very disappointed. But I'm still not so sure he is full on Negan. Simply because I think Eugene will chose whatever situation he feels will get him alive to the next day. Right now, he feels he is on the winning side. His friends clearly have no shot against the Saviors is what he is thinking. So he decided to say he is Negan. It would be great if he would do what I had predicted and sabotage their asses somehow. It looks like he won't but there is still some hope he will do something to help Rick and Co before the war is over. Because he clearly does not fit in with that bunch.
